Shipping Within Serbia

For orders over 10,000 RSD, we cover the delivery costs.

Packages within Serbia are delivered by the Post-Express courier service.

The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Your package may arrive as soon as the next day after ordering. If you need to know the exact delivery date, please contact us via our Instagram profile or email.

If you are not at home during delivery, the courier will leave your package at the assigned Post of Serbia branch. You have 5 business days to pick up your package before it is returned.

You will receive your tracking ID via SMS or Viber message from Post of Serbia.

  1. Credit/Debit Card – Pay during checkout on our website.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash in RSD currency upon receiving your package.
  • Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Through the cooperation of postal services in the above-mentioned countries, fast and reliable delivery of your packages is ensured.

Shipping is done via Post-Pack, which allows you to pay for shipping upon delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Shipping costs depend on the package weight, ranging from €7 to €15.
  • After order confirmation, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your shipment.
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the nearest state post office, where it will be stored for up to 5 business days.
  • We recommend that you reverse our garments inside out before washing.
  • If the garment contains a badge, be sure to remove it before washing
  • Pull up all zippers before washing.
  • Shrinkage of our product after the first wash is acceptable for 3-5% in width as well as 3-5% in length.
  • Coloured garments should be  washed at a temperature of 30°C and white at a temperature of 40°C.
  • Garments made out of synthetic materials should not be ironed.
  • In case the garment you own has a print on it, be sure to turn the garment inside out before washing.
Slanje na teritoriji Srbije

Za porudžbine preko 10.000 RSD, mi snosimo troškove dostave.

Isporuku paketa na teritoriji Srbije vrši kurirska služba Post-Express.

Standardni rok isporuke je 3-5 radnih dana od datuma potvrde porudžbine. Postoji mogućnost da vaš paket stigne i dan nakon poručivanja. U slučaju da vam je potreban tačan datum isporuke, kontaktirajte nas putem Instagram profila ili e-maila.

Ako pri pokušaju isporuke niste kod kuće, kurir će vašu pošiljku ostaviti u dodeljenoj ekspozituri Pošte Srbije. Rok za preuzimanje paketa je 5 radnih dana, nakon čega će biti vraćen.

ID kod pošiljke dobijate putem SMS-a ili Viber poruke od Pošte Srbije.

  1. Platna kartica – Plaćanje prilikom poručivanja sa našeg sajta.
  2. Pouzećem (gotovinski otkup) – Plaćanje u gotovini u RSD valuti prilikom preuzimanja paketa.
  • Troškove slanja snosi kupac.

Saradnjom poštanskih ustanova gore pomenutih zemalja, omogućena je brza i sigurna dostava vaših paketa.

Slanje se vrši putem Post-Pack usluge, koja omogućava plaćanje troškova slanja pri preuzimanju paketa.

  • Rok isporuke: 5-7 radnih dana od potvrde porudžbine.
  • Cena slanja zavisi od težine paketa i iznosi od 7€ do 15€.
  • Nakon potvrde porudžbine, dobijate ID kod pošiljke kako biste mogli pratiti njen status.
  • Ako primalac nije kod kuće u trenutku isporuke, paket će biti ostavljen u najbližoj državnoj pošti, gde može ostati do 5 radnih dana.
  • Naše preporuka je da svaki naš odevni predmet  izvrnete pre pranja, posebno ako ima štampu na sebi.
  • Ako odevni predmet sadrži bedž, obavezno skinuti pre pranja
  • Zakopčajte sve rajsferšluse pre pranja.
  • Skupljanje materijala nakon prvog pranja je 3-5% u širinu i dužinu.
  • Obojenu odeću prati na 30°C, a belu odeću na 40°C.
  • Ne peglati ukoliko je izrađena od sintetičkih materijala.
